Ardent Knives will not knowingly sell product to persons not legally entitled to own them or ship to areas where the product may be banned. It us up to the consumer to determine whether the Ardent Knives product they purchase is legal to own, possess and use in the area they are in. It is also the responsibility of the user to determine the legality of their Ardent Knives product in the application or conditions they intend to use it.

Ardent Knives warranties its products for life so long as they are used in a responsible way in keeping with their intended purpose. An owner of an Ardent Knives product that experiences a breakage during the course of approved use will have their product repaired or replaced at our discretion. The tools that Ardent Knives makes are primarily for cutting. We realize that certain circumstances may arise when knives are used to put a reasonable amount of non-cutting mechanical force on something, and we guarantee that our knives will perform adequately in these circumstances. Common sense is the litmus test for what is reasonable, responsible usage. For example, common sense should tell a person that using the tip of their knife to loosen a stubborn screw will result in breakage. Breakage arising from common sense defying usage will not be covered under warranty.
